This application enhances operational efficiency through its functionalities, which include managing orders, configuring products, and facilitating the removal and return of items.

In conjunction with the 3M™ Key to Key Web application, this mobile solution allows body shops to rigorously assess their performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) using 3M™ PAT. The capability to compare current metrics against historical data, peer performance, or industry benchmarks provides valuable insights that can elevate both Allied and Labor performance, thereby optimizing profitability.

Furthermore, the integrated solution supports body shops in invoicing for “recoverable” materials via the material invoicing component of 3M™ CRiMP. Its two-way integration with CCC ensures a seamless process for filing material invoices to insurance, adding another layer of efficiency to inventory management and billing procedures in the automotive repair industry.
